Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this latest image release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section identifying distinct parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters.
More materials disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
